Mr. Ashok Kumar Sinha is a retired Indian Revenue Service officer with 39 years of distinguished experience in tax administration, policy, and international taxation. A postgraduate from IIT Kharagpur and the National Academy of Direct Taxes, he has served as Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Director in the Ministries of Commerce & Industry and Agro & Rural Industries, and Director of International Taxation. He has also worked with the IMF in Washington and Delhi (SARTTAC) as a consultant, training senior tax and GST officials across developing economies.
